Serve Our Seniors

Over the coming decades, the population of older Americans is set to increase rapidly. Today’s seniors face unique challenges such as the rising cost of housing and pharmaceuticals. Disturbingly, older Americans are often the target of financial fraud and exploitation putting their financial security at greater risk. Mckayla believes that all seniors deserve to retire with security and dignity.

Mckayla supports:

• Raising monthly social security payments by $300 for all current and future beneficiaries.

• Full funding of the Housing Trust Fund and a designated portion of the fund to provide affordable and accessible multigenerational housing.

• Protecting older adults from financial abuse and exploitation by defending and improving the Senior Safe Act.
